On the 9th of April 2010 members of the Ontario Provincial Police, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau - Drug Enforcement Unit, the Emergency Response Team and members of the County of Wellington OPP executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant on Charles Street, Erin.

As a result of the investigation police seized a quantity of cannabis marihuana from inside the residence.

Bonar MAGILL (56 yrs.) and Dawn YATES (45 yrs.) have been arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Bonar MAGILL and Dawn YATES have been released on a Promise to Appear with a court date set for Guelph Provincial Court on the 31st of May 2010.
